**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **First-Line Manufacturing Managers** (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in **Puyallup and/or Auburn, Washington** on 3rd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
+ Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
+ Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
+ 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
+ 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (primarily 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
+ 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
+ Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles

Shift:
This role is primarily third shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $126,500 - $146,500
