GVI Inc.,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** in **San Diego, CA.

Position Requirements:

**Education** :

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‐year College or University (required). Master’s degree in Business Administration (desired).

Desired Experience:

+ Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning, budgeting, and accounting experience within the DON.

+ Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying financial or accounting principles and familiarity with financial and accounting processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.

+ Seven (7) years of experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of a financial or accounting team with analysis decision‐making experience.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).

Clearance

+ Must currently have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (required).
