Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Forward-Deployed Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Palantir Foundry. This role requires deep technical expertise in Foundry’s ecosystem, including Ontology management, AIP logic, UI/UX development, and integration with enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that drive operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
Foundry Development & Architecture
+ Design and implement Foundry Ontologies to model complex business domains, ensuring proper data governance, lineage, and access control.
+ Build and optimize data pipelines using Foundry’s Pipeline Builder for ingestion, transformation, and integration of large datasets.
+ Develop Foundry Applications and AIP logic to automate workflows, enforce business rules, and enable guided decision-making.
+ Create intuitive UI/UX components within Foundry to deliver seamless user experiences for operational and analytical workflows.
+ Integration & Connectivity
+ Engineer robust integrations between Foundry and CBRE enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, financial platforms, APIs, SFTP, and cloud services).
+ Implement secure and scalable data exchange mechanisms, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
+ Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Lead technical workshops with business and technology teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and align on delivery milestones.
+ Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
+ Performance & Compliance
+ Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards, including auditability and change management best practices.
+ Establish monitoring and observability for Foundry applications and pipelines to maintain reliability and uptime.
+ Innovation & Enablement
+ Explore and apply advanced Foundry capabilities such as Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance business outcomes.
+ Mentor and coach internal teams on Foundry best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What you’ll need
+ 10+ years in software/data engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry.
+ Expertise in Ontology design, Pipeline Builder, AIP logic, and Foundry application development.
+ Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
+ Proven ability to integrate Foundry with enterprise systems and manage complex data flows.
+ Experience in UI/UX design within Foundry applications.
+ Prior experience in forward-deployed roles or customer-facing engineering area.
