The Modality Performance Manager oversees service operations and support strategy for their modality, resolving quality and reliability issues with the Business Unit to improve customer satisfaction and productivity.
Your role:
+ The role involves attending Field Change Order Governance Board meetings, setting operational priorities, and working with National Support Specialist to address parts quality, cost optimization, and root cause analysis for returned parts.
+ The Modality Performance Manager leads monthly performance reviews and ensures business results in materials usage, savings initiatives, Cost of Goods, labor and customer loyalty meet targets.
+ Additionally, the Modality Performance Manager participates in business improvement projects and supports strategies for part harvesting, refurbishment, and other circular economy programs in the North America region to drive material efficiency.
You're the right fit if:
+ You have 5+ years of experience working with Image Guided Therapy, including direct service, technical support, or leading modality performance initiatives with a bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of the aforementioned experience without a bachelor’s degree.
+ Your skills include hands-on expertise with Image Guided Therapy Mobile Surgery service and operations, enabling you to effectively support and optimize service delivery and identify quality improvement opportunities.
+ You possess at least a Bachelor of Science degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or have 9+ years of equivalent professional experience in a related field.
+ You are proficient in key tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Vivio, Service Max, and/or SAP, which are essential for data analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $112,500 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
