Our Fortune 50 client is seeking an advanced DevOps Engineer to join their enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have experience building, deploying, and supporting cloud/on-prem systems; automating processes, and creating monitoring tools.
**Job Title:** Senior DevOps Engineer
**Location:** Cincinnati, OH (on-site Monday through Friday)
**Pay Range:** $130,000 plus bonus
What’s the Job?
+ Developing scalable methods for building, deploying, and supporting cloud, on-prem and enterprise services & systems.
+ Work closely with Software Engineers to deploy and operate solutions; automate and streamline processes; build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring of platform, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s in Computer Science or 8+ years equivalent experience; strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and lock-free architectures.
+ Experience with high-volume web stacks, Azure/GCP PaaS, networking, Managed Apps, CI/CD pipelines; understanding of SSH, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), routing, and subnets.
+ 4+ years in cloud SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles; proven ability to support omnichannel experiences and service-oriented/cloud architectures.
+ Deep knowledge of Linux architecture, security, performance tuning, troubleshooting; fluent in Shell scripting for automation and monitoring.
+ Strong grasp of production operations, system administration, and scalable solutions across enterprise environments.
