**Job Title:** Dryer Operator

**Schedule:** 4 on / 4 off, 6PM - 6:30am

**Pay:** $17 - $18

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dryer Operator to oversee the operation of industrial drying equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe drying of materials, maintaining quality standards and optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate industrial dryers according to specifications and production schedules

+ Monitor temperature, humidity, and process parameters during operation

+ Inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as needed

+ Adjust controls to ensure products are dried evenly and meet quality standards

+ Record operating data and report any issues or abnormalities

+ Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance team

+ Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a safe working environment

+ Participate in quality control checks and ensure finished products meet specifications

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience operating industrial dryers or similar equipment preferred

+ Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
