    Our client, a leading healthcare technology organization, is seeking a 4819 Corporate Counsel II to join their team. As a 4819 Corporate Counsel II, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting the North America Commercial Contracts team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Corporate Counsel II

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** Up to $72.12.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of commercial agreements including master agreements, amendments, and statements of work for hardware, software, SaaS, and XaaS offerings.

    + Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure contracts align with company policies and strategic goals.

    + Provide clear legal guidance and interpretation of contractual terms, risks, and obligations to internal stakeholders.

    + Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

    + Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients to facilitate effective contract negotiations and legal support.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

    + Experience working as in-house counsel, especially with technology transactions and customer-facing agreements.

    + Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.

    + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving policies and procedures.
