Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality plastic products and merchandising equipment, is seeking a Fab Assembly to join their team. As a Fab Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing and assembly of carts, kiosks, and other high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fab Assembly

**Location:** Decorah, IA

Pay Range: $18.50

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday (6:00AM-4:30PM)

What's the Job?

+ Construct, assemble, and install parts and products using various tools and equipment according to blueprints or written instructions.

+ Select and prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality.

+ Inspect parts and components during and after assembly to maintain quality standards.

+ Apply various types of graphics onto products as needed.

+ Complete final cleaning of carts and assist with packaging for shipping to ensure timely delivery.

What's Needed?

+ A high school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

+ Ability to work effectively within a team and exercise good judgment in decision-making.

+ Skilled in the use of various power tools and hand tools.

+ Dependable and reliable work ethic with the ability to lift 50 lbs or more frequently.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
