Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking dedicated individuals to fill Warehouse and Forklift Openings to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse and Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient and safe warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse and Forklift Openings

**Location:** Richmond, VA

**Pay Range:** Based on the position

**Shift:** Day and Night shifts available

Positions Available:

+ Forklift Operator

+ Lumper

+ Receiver

+ Loader

What's the Job?

+ Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, and stack merchandise and materials

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods

+ Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements

+ Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety standards

+ Support team members in daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred but not required

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

+ Availability to work scheduled shifts, including day and night options
