Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering department, supporting cross-functional teams including Vehicle Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Supplier Quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

**Location:** Hayward, CA

**Pay Range:** $42

What's the Job?

+ Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models to understand part design and assembly processes

+ Perform root cause analysis on vehicle components and record findings accurately

+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate troubleshooting and problem resolution

+ Develop, document, and update troubleshooting techniques and quality procedures

+ Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and inspection standards

What's Needed?

+ Associates Degree with 4-6 years of experience as a quality technician or High School Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of relevant experience

+ Ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models

+ Broad technical background in mechanical and electrical systems

+ Experience performing root cause analysis and working with PFMEA and Control Plans

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
