    As a **Security Officer** in **Fort Worth, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible to those around you. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication.     What You'll Do:

    + Deliver customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.

    + Conduct screening of individuals, vehicles, and/or packages as required for entry or exit from the facility.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

    + Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.

    + Perform regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel regarding site protocols and procedures.

    + Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
