As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of those at the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including guest areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity or behaviors.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or disruptions.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances according to site protocols.

+ Collaborate with hotel and resort personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for guests and staff.

+ Assist with crowd control and/or access control during events or peak periods as needed.

+ Remain alert to surroundings and communicate professionally with guests, staff, and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid guard card or security license is preferred.

+ This is primarily a driving post, which is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
