We are an established manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience producing electronic components for automotive, transportation, and industrial applications. Our operations support both domestic and international customers, including emerging markets such as electric vehicles and advanced technologies.
We are seeking an experienced **Shipping Clerk** for daily shipping operations and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products. This hourly role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and experience coordinating shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate daily shipping activities based on production schedules, sales orders, and priority requirements.
+ Lead and support shipping personnel to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
+ Process domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems.
+ Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure finished goods are accurately received into inventory prior to shipment.
+ Anticipate and resolve shipping issues to prevent delays or errors.
+ Follow drawings, ECOs, deviations, and established work instructions.
+ Maintain high standards for accuracy, organization, and documentation.
+ Support other production areas as needed.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum 1 year of shipping experience preferred.
+ **Experience in electronics and/or medical device manufacturing strongly preferred.**
+ **International shipping experience, including customs documentation, preferred.**
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment.
+ Occasional lifting of items over 25 pounds.
+ Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment
+ Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
+ Exposure to moving machinery, airborne particles, and occasional temperature variation.
+ Moderate noise levels.

**Pay Details:** $22.50 to $23.50 per hour
