**Summary** :
Operate Automated Optical Inspection Equipment and identify defects on circuit board assemblies.
**Duties and Responsibilities:** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Contributes to a positive, healthy and safe work environment. Work in compliance with MPI, OSHA and SDS safety policies.
+ Demonstrate a working knowledge of the AOI machine.
+ Demonstrate the ability to load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
+ Proficiency with and working knowledge of MPI MIS (Aegis) software is required.
+ Component Identification training is required.
+ IPC 610 Certification required.
+ Operator can perform inspection tasks using the 5DX X-ray machine tasks independently using instructions with high accuracy and high speed, including:
+ Operate the 5DX machine with proficiency
+ Recall and load the appropriate programs for each work order
+ Identify defects and record them properly
+ Identify false calls and report trends to the programmer
Qualifications

Operator can perform inspection tasks using the 5DX- X-ray machine tasks under moderate supervision using assembly instructions with high accuracy and moderate speed, including:Operate the 5DX machine with proficiency.

+ Identify false calls and report trends to the programmer.
+ Education: 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent is required.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
