    About the Role:

    As a **B2B Field Sales Account Executive** , you are the face of Aquatic Informatics (AQI) - helping customers solve their toughest water monitoring and compliance challenges. You’ll build deep relationships with municipal, industrial, and environmental customers to deliver software and data solutions that make water management faster, simpler, and more reliable.

     

    This is a quota-carrying role responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, and for sharing customer insights across our product and commercial teams.

     

    **Territory** : New England (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY) + Eastern Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL, QC)

    **Travel:** Ability and willingness to travel 50% Location: Remote in the US; must live within a reasonable commute of a major airport (U.S. preferred)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide consultative, solutions-focused expertise to water/wastewater organizations

    + Build pipeline, identify & qualify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth

    + Lead proposals, demos, and presentations with confidence

    + Stay close to market trends through conferences, events, and industry networking

    + Partner with Veralto sister operating companies (Hach, OTT Hydromet) to expand customer value and territory coverage

    What You Bring** **:

    + 5+ years of experience in the water industry or adjacent B2B field sales

    + Proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle role

    + Experience in environmental or water-quality-focused industries

    + Salesforce experience

    + Consultative, solutions-based selling background

     

    The **total target compensation for this role is between $90K - $150K** , with uncapped variable earnings potential. Competitive base salary depending on level of experience, combined with uncapped variable compensation, enables many in our sales organization to exceed the upper end of our target compensation. The role is remote & includes a company car, phone, laptop and a strong benefits package starting day one.

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

     

    The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
