• We are hiring a Field Service Technician for a customer-facing role focused on Client Printer hardware repair.

• The role involves onsite troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of Client print devices.

• Candidates must live within 15 minutes of Johnson City, TN and have a reliable personal vehicle.

• Onsite break/fix & hardware repair of Client Printers (DesignJet, A3, LaserJet)

• Installation, configuration & maintenance of devices

• Customer-facing technical support

• Troubleshoot hardware issues logically and efficiently

• Work independently and manage multiple service calls

• Maintain service documentation & admin tasks

• Coordinate with escalation & technical teams when required

Candidates for Field Technical Support must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong experience in Client Printer hardware repair (Mandatory)

• Hands-on mechanical & troubleshooting skills

• Onsite customer support experience

• Ability to use tools & alignment equipment

• Good communication & professionalism

• Experience with Laptops, Desktops, POS, Workstations

• Third-party software exposure

• IT / Hardware certification or training

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• College / Hardware technology training preferred

• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
