    Full-Time • Day Shift • Immediate Start AvailablePay Range: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

     

    We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Handyman / General Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations. This role handles basic repairs, light carpentry, painting, simple plumbing fixes, and general building maintenance. If you’re handy with tools, take pride in your work, and can manage tasks independently, we’d love to meet you.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Perform minor repairs: basic carpentry, patching, painting, simple plumbing and electrical fixes

     

    Assist with equipment upkeep and general building and facility maintenance

     

    Support daily facility needs and occasional special projects

     

    Operate company vehicles as needed (valid driver’s license required)

     

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

     

    Skills & Tools You’ll Use

     

    Hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers)

     

    Power tools (drills, saws, sanders)

     

    Basic electrical testing tools (voltage tester, multimeter for simple checks)

     

    Painting and patching tools (rollers, brushes, spackle knives)

     

    Light plumbing tools (pipe wrench, pliers, basic fittings)

     

    Ladders and step stools for routine maintenance

     

    Safety equipment (gloves, goggles, basic PPE)

     

    Ability to troubleshoot simple maintenance issues

     

    Comfort working independently and prioritizing tasks

    Position Requirements

    Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

     

    Ability to lift, move, and handle physical tasks throughout the day

     

    Clean driver’s license (minimum 5 years)
