We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our front office operations and help create a positive, efficient experience for every patient.
This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment where your work truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
+ Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
+ Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visits
+ Accurately record vital signs, allergies, and medication updates
+ Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
+ Assist physicians during exams and procedures
+ Manage patient calls, scheduling updates, and prescription requests
+ Handle administrative duties such as chart prep, filing, faxing, and reception tasks
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a clinical setting with front office responsibilities
+ Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
+ Experience with medical prior authorizations
+ Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
