    This position involves light assembly work and offers cross-training opportunities in CNC operations. The role requires performing repetitive tasks while standing in one place.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform light assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.

    + Cross-train in CNC operations to enhance skill set.

    + Handle and operate hand tools and power tools effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient use of hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.

    + Capability to lift and handle 50+ pounds, especially with drill bits.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

    Work Environment

    Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with active machines and equipment. This role is based in Building 2. Available shifts include 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Loudon, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
