What You’ll Do

+ **Assist with concrete pours** including setup, placement, leveling, and finishing

+ **Prepare job sites** by setting forms, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area

+ **Operate hand and power tools** used in concrete construction

+ **Support skilled tradesmen** and learn advanced techniques on the job

+ **Follow safety standards** and contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience in concrete or general construction** preferred, but we’ll train the right person

+ **Strong work ethic** and willingness to show up and get the job done

+ **Ability to lift 50+ lbs** and work outdoors in Florida weather

+ **Reliable transportation** to job sites around St. Pete

+ **Team‑first attitude** — no egos, no drama

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
