Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description

This is an entry-level position where we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a good attitude, consistent attendance, and punctuality. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical components by following drawings and instructions, drilling and tapping holes for mounting, attaching various connections, wiring electrical components, and mechanically assembling the final product.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble mechanical components following drawings and instructions.

+ Drill and tap holes for mounting.

+ Attach different connections.

+ Wire electrical components.

+ Mechanically assemble the final product.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience following blueprints or engineered drawings is a plus.

+ Wiring experience is beneficial but training will be provided.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: First Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Second Shift from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday to Thursday. You will be working in a production setting with tasks involving general labor, machine operation, and assembly. The role also involves the use of hand tools and requires the ability to follow blueprints and instructions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cuba, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.50/hr.
