We’re looking for reliable General Production Workers to help keep our galvanizing line running smoothly and safely. You’ll be part of a long-standing, union-supported organization known for stability, strong teamwork, and long-term career opportunities.

    Schedule — PLEASE READ

This position follows a **high-commitment rotating schedule** that is essential for production:

    + **12 days on / 2 days off**

    What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support the full galvanizing process from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include:

+ Operating and overseeing galvanizing line systems such as payoff equipment, cleaning units, zinc baths, cooling sections, and wire take-up machinery.

+ Loading raw wire into the line and maintaining a steady, efficient flow throughout production.

+ Checking wire for correct coating thickness, uniform diameter, surface quality, and proper zinc bonding.

+ Making routine adjustments to speed, tension, temperatures, and coating settings to maintain product requirements.

+ Basic machine operation and mechanical aptitude

+ Strong safety habits and awareness

    + Consistent and dependable attendance

+ Join a company with nearly a century of industry expertise

+ Union environment with great employee support

+ Opportunities for direct hire and long-term development

    + Strong, collaborative team culture

    Work Environment

You’ll work in a large-scale wire manufacturing facility centered around hot-dip galvanizing. Temperatures can be high due to molten zinc kettles, and some areas may appear hazy from continuous machine operation.
