Job Title: Drafter/Designer
Essential Skills
+ Associates Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years of mechanical drafting experience preferred, or 2 years of experience within the BioProcess industry.
+ Comprehensive understanding of AutoCAD to complete any design request.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Proficient in AutoCAD or similar applications.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ ERP/ECO workflow experience.
+ TrackWise/CAPA experience.
+ Familiarity with bioprocess manufacturing environments.
+ Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
+ Experience with mechanical design, data management, and GD&T.
Job Description
This role is 100% on site and is initially contracted for 6 months, with the potential to extend to a year and possibly become a permanent position based on performance. Under the guidance of the Design Team Leader, you will leverage your expertise in bioprocess container manufacturing and design to lead large projects and provide industry-leading solutions. You will collaborate across various teams, including customer, operations, process, design, and quality engineering teams, to define standard manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
+ Perform final drawing checks and release product drawings, considering product application and component-specific implications.
+ Collaborate with R&D and Process Engineering on new component, connection, and process specification and qualifications.
+ Coordinate team efforts to complete design work for Customer Large Projects or Requests for Proposals.
+ Act as the primary Design Engineer for a TFS Core Account.
+ Respond to internal and external technical inquiries.
+ Complete training and execute department steps within ECO Flow 8, 32, and 33 in Millersburg M2M ERP.
+ Drive process improvement through data-driven activities.
+ Complete and assist with TrackWise investigations and coordinate CAPA tasks.
+ Maintain existing department design aids as needed.
+ Embrace the 4 I’s: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement in all daily activities.
Work Environment
This role requires working 100% on site and is initially contracted for 6 months, with the potential to extend to a year and possibly become a permanent position based on performance. The work environment involves using advanced design technologies and maintaining a high standard of quality documentation within a regulated bioprocessing environment. The position is located in Logan, UT.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
