    We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Architecture or a similar degree and demonstrate excellent knowledge of building codes for multi-family projects. This role requires proficiency in Revit and a working knowledge of construction document preparation. The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter, capable of quickly adapting to new projects. Experience in mixed-use, multi-family, and commercial projects is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, detail, and draft plans for multi-family, commercial, and NYCHA projects, primarily in New York City.

    + Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project development.

    + Manage multiple filings and drawing sets for large preservation and rehabilitation multifamily projects across the NY Metro Area.

    + Lead a team of junior architects and consultants, ensuring client relationships are maintained and project deadlines are met.

    + Visit project sites to assess conditions and develop practical solutions.

    + Produce drawings and specifications for the renovation and restoration of numerous apartments in New York City and the surrounding region.

    + Conduct site visits to take measurements and photographs of existing conditions.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

    + Proficiency in Revit

    + Knowledge of building codes for multi-family projects

    + Experience with historic preservation and rehabilitation

    + Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, including experience with BIM

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with NYCHA projects

    + Experience in Affordable Housing, Design Development

    + Familiarity with construction administration and project management

    + Ability to manage client relationships effectively

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
