    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team with multiple openings available for 1st and 3rd shifts. The role involves a rotating schedule that includes working every third weekend. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various equipment, including roll converters, extrusion lines, and automated assembly lines.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.

    + Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.

    + Troubleshoot and repair machinery.

    + Maintain facility and associated equipment.

    + Collaborate with maintenance vendors.

    + Ensure a clean and orderly work area.

    + Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.

    + Install equipment and electrical components, ensuring proper functioning.

    + Ensure all machinery complies with federal, state, and company safety standards.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals.

    + Experience with Industrial Controls.

    + Mechanically inclined and capable of performing physical labor.

    + Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication.

    + Excellent safety and attendance record.

    + Ability to work overtime when required.

    + Self-motivated and able to multi-task.

    + High attention to detail and organization skills.

    + Initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preventive maintenance experience.

    + Strong electrical skills, especially with 480v, PM, and PLCs.

    + Hydraulic and pneumatic repair skills.

    + Machine repair and installation experience.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a manufacturing setting with a focus on extrusion. The 1st shift operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with work every third weekend. The 3rd shift runs from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. Safety is a top priority in our work environment.

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
