    Job Title: Electrical Control Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Engineer with a knowledge in Industrial Automation. This role involves developing and maintaining PLC applications, designing HMI interfaces, and creating detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. You will be responsible for onsite troubleshooting and system optimization while mentoring technicians in code troubleshooting.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain PLC applications with a focus on industrial automation.

    + Design and program HMI interfaces such as PanelView and C-more.

    + Design and debug control panels to meet industrial standards, including NFPA 79 and UL 508.

    + Perform onsite troubleshooting and system optimization.

    + Mentor technicians in code troubleshooting.

    + Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

    + Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

    + At least five years of job-related experience.

    + Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical engineering.

    + Experience with control panel design, automation systems, and troubleshooting.

    + Familiarity with AutoCAD, Rockwell, RSLogix, and Allen Bradley PLCs.

    + Expertise in Siemens NX, Siemens PLC, and Siemens control.

    + Proficient with CAD software, RA Studio 5000, and Factory Talk View Studio.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Automation Direct is a plus.

    + Familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures.

    The role is based in an industrial manufacturing environment with a family-owned, tenured team. The team is looking to scale up, offering significant opportunities for advancement as team members retire and offload work.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Pico Rivera, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
