    Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to lead our service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. In this role, you will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex issues and managing various projects.

     

    Pay: $39 an hour on a 2-2-3 work schedule. The hours are 6 pm-6 am

     

    + Once you have complete the contract to hire period of 90 days, you will receive a full time position, signing bonus in between $15,000-30,000, and stock in the company!

    REQUIREMENTS

    + MUST have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + MUST have electrical experience troubleshooting PLC's.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.

    + Design solutions for challenging problems and manage projects effectively.

    + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Conduct conveyor troubleshooting and implement preventive maintenance.

    + Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

    + Perform PLC troubleshooting and welding tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Experience in conveyor troubleshooting.

    + Ability to lead a team effectively.

    + Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance.

    + Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

    + Experience in PLC troubleshooting and welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Lead experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $39.00/hr.
