Job Title: Restoration Technician** **Job Description
The Restoration Technician is responsible for assisting in the restoration and repair of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards while working in various environments.
Responsibilities
+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
+ Document work performed as required by company standards.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in construction and restoration techniques.
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools.
+ Ability to operate heavy equipment.
+ Carpentry and general labor skills.
+ Experience in remediation processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
+ Ability to work in varying conditions such as heat, cold, and confined spaces.

This is a Contract position based out of Norwood, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
