•** **What You’ll Do

Join a fast‑paced production team manufacturing bottles and caps for everyday products. As a Machine Operator, you will:

+ Operate computer systems that control automated machines

+ Monitor production lines and stack finished products

+ Pull samples for lab testing and ensure quality standards

+ Record production data and any issues during your shift

+ Keep the team efficient and working together

+ Stand, walk, and reach throughout your shift

+ Lift 10 lbs regularly, 30 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally

If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy hands‑on work, this role is for you!

+ 1+ year of machine operating experience

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to stand for long shifts

+ Basic computer skills for machine operation

+ Attention to detail and teamwork mindset

+ Ability to follow GMP guidelines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
