    Job Title: Shipper and Receiver** **Job Description

     

    This position requires a dedicated, self-motivated team player to work in a 75,000 square foot warehouse. It is a hands-on role that requires operating a forklift and order picker, picking and assembling orders, and processing and packaging/shipping both large and small orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate forklift and order picker.

    + Pick and assemble orders accurately.

    + Process and package both large and small orders.

    + Ensure safe operation of equipment.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records.

    + Load and unload trailers efficiently.

    + Ensure 100% line item fill with correct SKU and quantity.

    Essential Skills

    + Forklift certification.

    + Experience in loading and unloading trailers.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Proficient computer skills for processing UPS and FedEx orders.

    + Attention to detail for order accuracy.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Three years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.

    + Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

    + Ability to lift 75 pounds.

    + Self-motivated, responsible, with a strong sense of urgency.

    + Experience in product assembly.

    Work Environment

    The work environment includes a very clean and organized welding and fabrication shop within a 20,000 square foot warehouse. The position is for the 1st shift, offering flexibility with a 10-hour schedule or a Monday-Friday workweek with a half-day on Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
