Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians who will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our production and mechanical equipment. This position requires performing preventative maintenance as well as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize blueprints, schematics, small/power tools, and electronic test equipment to perform various maintenance tasks.
+ Identify and resolve operating issues in plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources, and industrial equipment.
+ Conduct basic preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like motors, conveyers, pumps, paint equipment, material handling equipment, gearboxes, and overhead cranes.
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and repairs on equipment ranging from single phase 240v to 3-phase 480v.
+ Execute tack welding (stick or MIG) for minor repairs as necessary.
+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC’s, VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives), AMU’s, and CPU’s.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical, wiring, and schematic interpretation.
+ Experience with pneumatics, troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
+ Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, conveyors, pumps, blueprints, and schematics.
+ Ability to perform welding, fabrication, and preventive maintenance.
+ Skill in PLC troubleshooting and industrial maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
+ Electrical experience is an advantage.
+ Fabrication experience is beneficial.
+ Ability to read schematics and other technical prints for repair purposes.

Work Environment
The position offers openings on both shifts with a standard schedule of four 10-hour days, occasionally extending to five days. The 1st shift runs from 6am-4:30pm, and the 2nd shift from 5pm-3:30am, with potential for extended hours during busy seasons or equipment downtime. The production environment may feature varying temperatures and loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant. Candidates should be prepared to work at heights and may require maintenance coverage beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
