    Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description

     

    As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and critical manufacturing operations. This includes equipment preparation, formulation, and vial filling activities. You will work with various equipment such as vial cappers, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation units, centrifuges, and mills. Your role will require maintaining accurate documentation related to assigned work, and you will be expected to follow all safety procedures while maintaining safe work habits.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine and critical manufacturing operations.

    + Work with equipment such as vial cappers, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation units, centrifuges, and mills.

    + Complete and maintain documentation, including logbooks and batch records.

    + Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.

    + Apply aseptic techniques during operations.

    + Prepare and filter solutions; fill and label vials.

    + Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilize equipment.

    + Assemble products.

    Essential Skills

    + 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.

    + Experience in assembly (6 months to 1 year).

    + Experience as a machine operator (1+ years).

    + GMP experience.

    + Sterilization experience (1+ years).

    + Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 0–1 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency.

    + GMP experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime may be required due to current staffing needs, but the goal is to maintain a standard 40-hour workweek. You will work in a sterile lab space requiring extensive PPE, including glasses, gloves, and a full-body ventilated suit. GMP standards are followed, with shifts involving four hours in a room, followed by a break.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
