Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. This role is essential in supporting warehouse and supply chain operations while optimizing system functionalities and integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure seamless business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional consultant, providing expertise in ERP and CRM systems to enhance supply chain and warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with administrators and leadership teams to identify and implement system improvements.

• Work with IDocs to facilitate data exchange and system integrations between platforms.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable functional solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct testing, and implement ongoing enhancements.

• Partner with global stakeholders to align system functionalities with business objectives.

• Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

• Support warehouse management systems and related processes to improve efficiency.

• Develop and maintain clear documentation for system configurations and business requirements. Requirements • Extensive functional experience in ERP and CRM systems.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and supply chain operations.

• Solid understanding of IDocs and their functional applications.

• Strong background in supporting warehouse and supply chain processes.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with technical and business teams.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise between stakeholders and technical personnel.

• Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
