    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in Morristown, New Jersey, and offers an excellent opportunity to manage financial processes for a detail-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and supporting administrative operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

    • Process accounts receivable and manage billing operations effectively.

    • Handle administrative duties to support smooth office operations.

    • Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with regulations.

    • Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

    • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.

    • Utilize QuickBooks for efficient tracking and management of financial data.

    • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and organize financial information.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

     

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organization.

    • Ability to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and billing procedures.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • Knowledge of tax filing and compliance requirements.

    • Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate financial databases.
