    Description

    A company in Coral Gables is seeking a legal scheduler to assist with scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions and trial Business hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m..

     

    Must be organized, detailed oriented a dependable.

    Requirements

    - Expertise in insurance defense and PI Defense desirable

     

    - Adeptness in Schedule Appointments, Hearings, Mediations, Depositions and Trials

     

    - Schedule Depositions experience highly desired

     

    - Liability Defense experience desired

     

    - Strong familiarity with Draft Legal Documents

     

    - E-file experience preferred

     

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

     

    - 3+ years of relevant experience

     

    - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

     

    - Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

     

    - Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

     

    - Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
