    What You’ll Do:

    + Review and manage title and survey documents

    + Record deeds and related filings

    + Draft and amend lease agreements

    + Assist with corporate tasks

    + Support attorneys across the real estate practice group

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of substantive real estate paralegal experience

    + Experience with title and survey

    + Bachelor’s degree with an attorney attestation or paralegal certificate

    Position Details:

    + Billable target: 1400 hours/year

    + Onsite: 3 to 4 days onsite DOE

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY (Must be able to commute to West LA, CA)

    + 3+ years of California transactional real estate experience

    + Title and survey experience

    + Bachelor's degree with an attorney attestation OR paralegal certificate
