Description · Provide administrative and organizational support to the Strategy, Business
Intelligence, and Quality Control teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions for
departmental and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing
materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining data, records, and documentation
to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and quality control efforts.
• Support the preparation of dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics by
gathering inputs and ensuring accuracy of information.
• Monitor and track deadlines, project milestones, and deliverables; provide
reminders and updates to leadership.
• Facilitate communication between departments by managing correspondence,
distributing reports, and maintaining contact lists.
• Assist with the coordination of audits, assessments, and quality control activities
by preparing materials and documenting results.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with GOAA’s
records management standards.
• Process invoices, purchase requests, travel authorizations, and expense reports in
accordance with GOAA policies.
• Coordinate special projects, workshops, and events related to strategy, business
intelligence, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with
GOAA standards.
• Provide general administrative support such as ordering supplies, managing office
equipment, and coordinating with other support services as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely
and professional responses.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the
