What You’ll Do: Oversee all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare timely financial statements. Manage audits, ensure regulatory adherence, and support board financial presentations. Collaborate with leadership and program managers to align finances with our mission. Help drive operational efficiencies so we can maximize our impact in the community.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a minimum of five years of experience in accounting/finance management; nonprofit experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar web-based accounting/finance platforms.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, terminology, and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Proven analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team building and staff supervision.

• Familiarity with fund accounting practices, particularly in a nonprofit setting.
