    What You’ll Do

    + Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchase process

    + Deliver a premium, transparent, and personalized buying experience

    + Present vehicle features, model options, and purchase/finance solutions clearly and confidently

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers

    + Ensure consistent and timely follow-up throughout the sales process

    + Track customer interactions and progress using dealership systems and CRM tools

    + Stay current on new products, features, and brand updates through ongoing training

    What We’re Looking For

    + Automotive sales experience preferred (luxury or high-line experience is a plus)

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to perform

    + Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    + Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
