As a Senior Accounting Consultant, you will partner with our clients by supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit compliance. In this role, you may have the opportunity to lead and/or support a team of individuals to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. **Requires 4 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan, NY.**

+ Very hands -on accounting support.

+ Assist with Payables, account reconciliations, record cash transactions, misc. account analysis, etc.

+ Very manual, rather simple environment.

+ Able to document basic desk top accounting procedures.

+ Strong interpersonal skills able work in a very mission based religious organization.

+ Affiliation is NOT required.

+ Identify and implement process improvements and enhancements.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required

+ CPA, CMA, CIA or CFE preferred

+ Non-Profit Org, preferred

+ 3 – 7 years of related experience

+ Experience with MS Office technical skills, specifically with MS Excel

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with a strong orientation to client service, time management, and project delivery

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $55/hr - $70/hr
