    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Salary: $74,500 – $84,500

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee multiple facilities and ensure they operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in maintenance and repair tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage maintenance teams across multiple facilities.

    • Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations and maintenance.

    • Oversee scheduling of preventive maintenance and repair work.

    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

    • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage service contracts.

    • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

    • Implement best practices for energy efficiency and cost control.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably across multiple sites.

    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing maintenance teams.

    • Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

    • Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.

    • Ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on work.

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    Preferred:

    • Certifications in facilities management or related fields (e.g., CFM, FMP).

    • NYS Class C Water License.

    • Experience with compliance and safety regulations.
