Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled **Database Analyst** to join our client team. The role involves managing, maintaining, and analyzing data systems to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of resources in the platform. This role will be **remote** and **full time** .
What You'll Do
+ Perform data analysis, entry, and management for the MCH Helpline
+ Maintain the MCH integrated intake system and database resources
+ Work with Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. to update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative
+ Utilize Information and Referral (I&R) database systems to add, update, and maintain resource providers
+ Resolve discrepancies in source documents following program procedures
+ Create and manage data exports and imports across database systems using tools like Tableau and Excel
+ Support the production of caller data reports filtered by referrals, call type, needs, providers, etc.
+ Provide regular progress updates to the Helpline Manager
+ Follow AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards and best practices
What You'll Need
Required:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
+ At least 2 years of experience with database management systems
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and database tools
+ Logical and analytical decision-making skills related to data entry
+ Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards
Preferred:
+ AIRS certification or training
+ Experience with Tableau for data visualization and analysis
+ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$30 - $36 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
