JOB SUMMARY: Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium is seeking a motivated and professional Group Sales Intern who is pursuing a career in Sales and Hospitality Management and is eager to grow their industry knowledge. This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to group sales operations while collaborating with multiple departments to understand how each function contributes to the overall success of daily operations.

The intern will work under the general supervision of the Group Sales Manager and assist with initiatives that support group sales, client engagement, and event execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

+ Assist the Group Sales Manager with day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks.

+ Support group sales efforts, including tour bookings, client communications, and sales tracking.

+ Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Event Services, Marketing, Guest Services, etc.) to support group events and tours.

+ Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and reports as needed.

+ Assist with on-site group tours and events, providing a high level of customer service.

+ Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases.

+ Observe and learn best practices related to hospitality sales, client relations, and venue operations.

+ All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

+ Strong interest in sales, hospitality, and sports/entertainment industries.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience a plus.

+ Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
