We are establishing an integrated enterprise portfolio spanning Culture (encompassing Inclusion), Leadership, and Talent Development and we are hiring the operating leader who will make it all work. This is not a support role. This is a control-tower role.

You will sit at the center of a complex, high-visibility portfolio and ensure that everything we bring to our leaders, our business partners, and our Board is aligned, timed, integrated, and ready to land.

Responsibilities:

+ Orchestrate all deliverables going to Senior Staff, HR Business Partners, the HR Executive Team, and the Board.

+ Ensure initiatives are sequenced and absorbed by the organization, not just released.

+ Act as the primary integrator with Global Talent Management and other critical partners.

+ Own all metrics, insights, and portfolio reporting.

+ Prepare the Head of the sub-division for Board, executive, and enterprise-wide moments.

+ Set the agenda for staff meetings and offsites; prepare for HR Executive Team updates.

+ Ensure everything that leaves this team is clear, coherent, and ready for enterprise consumption.

You will collaborate with HR leadership on the following elements:

+ Establishing and embedding enterprise culture and leadership expectations.

+ Embedding inclusive leadership practices across the full talent lifecycle.

+ Spearheading the design and launch of the firm’s first enterprise leadership factory.

+ Establishing enterprise leadership onboarding and transition frameworks.

+ Modernizing enterprise talent development.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of three years general experience. Two years of project management experience preferred. Two years of experience investment-related roles or global/inter-country experience preferred.

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
