Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience working with electric circuits, electrical interconnect systems, or electrical schematics.
+ 4 years of experience with diagnostic equipment, fault isolation techniques, test methods, and electrical debug-for semiconductor devices, circuits, and systems.
+ 4 years of experience working with Python scripting, run diagnostics, test design, data analysis, test automation, failure diagnosis, and failure analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
+ 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on failure identification and analysis of electronic or display devices.
+ Experienced in IC troubleshooting and debugging (analog or digital).
+ Experience with electrical probing techniques on Integrated Circuits (ICs) and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
+ Experience with identifying issues and failures in common communication protocols.
+ Familiar with IC I/O protocols and power-up sequences.

With start-up roots and a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, Raxium is seeking to build upon its engineering team with an aim to disrupt next-generation display markets.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Execute electrical debug and failure analysis on electronic display components, sub-assemblies and products.
+ Isolate fault locations in ICs and sub-assemblies.
+ Identify mechanisms and root causes for failures, to improve product designs and screens.
+ Verify and validate ICs and display panels.
+ Document failure methods and conclusions for internal and external review.
