    Responsible for all receptionist and travel related matters. Processes a variety of correspondence for prison visits and phone calls. Maintains an accurate and complete list of all travel done on behalf of the office. Performs special assignments. Assists in conducting daily administrative activities. Works closely with the accounting Dept. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Performs related work as required.
