What You'll Do:

+ Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, brakes, etc.)

+ Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow proven repair processes

+ Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately

+ Communicate clearly with service advisors and support fellow techs

+ Take ownership of your bay, your work, and your results

+ You may also have the opportunity to help mentor apprentices (if desired) and help raise the bar for the whole shop

Requirements

What else are we looking for?

+ Senior-level tech with strong diagnostic skills (3+ years preferred)

+ Valid driver’s license required

+ ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them, we pay for both test prep & cert. tests!)

+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable

+ Calm under pressure, coachable, and team-focused

Pay is reviewed often to ensure an accurate representation of salary range for this role. $80k–$150k+ (Top Techs Can Earn More, pay incentive for ASE's or we can help you get them!)
