    Hours: 40 hrs/week

     

    Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 + Full Benefits

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and therapy operations within our Autism Treatment Program. This role combines clinical leadership, behavioral expertise, and team supervision to ensure ethical, evidence-based care for children ages 1–10. You will oversee therapy delivery, provide consultation and training, and develop individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to improve outcomes for clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee clinical services and therapy operations for assigned site or caseload.

    + Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to ABA providers.

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations, functional assessments, and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

    + Implement ABA-based therapeutic programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

    + Communicate regularly with Center Manager and Program Supervisor regarding client and staff performance.

    + Assist with company initiatives, projects, and clinical improvements.

    Minimum Requirements

    + MA/MS/PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field.

    + Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    + Must hold WI BCBA license and be willing to obtain MN BCBS license/certification (facility pays for renewals).

    + At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience with ASD or equivalent graduate coursework.

    + Experience working with children ages 1–10.

    + Completed BACB-approved 8-hour Supervisor Training Course (if supervising BCBA candidates).

    + Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

    + CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable).
