    Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Everett, MA and is seeking a 1:1 Transport RN for the 2025–2026 school year.

     

    Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer

     

    Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year, with high potential to continue into the following year

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday

     

    + AM Pickup: 7:00 AM

    + PM Pickup: 1:00PM

     

    Pay Rate: Flat rate per pickup, up to $100 per bus run

    Student Details:

    Male elementary aged student with a history of COL4A1 variant and associated medical complexities, including:

    + Prenatally diagnosed large fetal intracranial hemorrhage

    + Spastic quadriplegia

    + Intractable epilepsy

    + Global developmental delay

    + Cortical visual impairment

    The student is BiPAP, gastrostomy tube, and wheelchair dependent, with:

    + Risk of seizure requiring emergent medication

    + Risk of aspiration requiring urgent suctioning

    The 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the nursing process and delivering individualized student care within the school environment. This role ensures that all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and in accordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the School District and Amergis Healthcare.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing

    + One year of school nursing experience, preferred

    + Pediatric experience, preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

     

    M-F 7am and 1pm pickups

     

    Flat Rate per pickup up to100 per bus run.
