    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $65–$70/hr or $2,900/week – Vancouver, WA – In-Person – 39 Weeks

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes supervising RBTs and supporting educational and behavioral service delivery in a school setting.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Vancouver, WA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + End Date: Year-round program (approximately 39 weeks)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

    + Hours: 40 per week

    + Duration: 18 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $65–$70/hour (flexible) or $2,900/week for travelers

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Openings: 1–2 positions

    + Interview: Virtual or onsite with program leadership

    + Floating Requirement: Occasional travel to coastal area (mileage reimbursed)

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise RBTs and provide standard BCBA duties

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations and implement intervention plans

    + Support students with SIB, aggression, and communication disorders

    + Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams

    Classroom Details:

    + Age group: K–12 (some 18–22-year-olds, majority younger students)

    Requirements:

    + Active BCBA certification from BACB

    + Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field

    + Experience supervising RBTs

    + Preferred: School-based experience and pediatric background

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
